Howazit Ltd., a company incorporated in Israel (the “Company“) (the Company may also be referred to herein using the terms “We” or “Us”, or “Our” and alike correlative terms), specialize in helping businesses communicate more effectively with their clients, through real costumer experience and costumer care “automated customer experience management system” to better understand and maximize every client’s interaction (the “Services”).
Our customers (the businesses) collectively may be referred to herein as “Customers” or using correlative terms. The end users, who are our Customers’ clients being contacted and/or distributed content by our Clients through the Howazit platform may be referred to herein as “End Users”.
Acceptance of Policy
By using or visiting our Howazit platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you don’t agree with the Policy, please do not use our Howazit platform.
Change of terms
We may change this Policy or any part of thereof, at any time. If such change, in our discretion, is material, we will notify you using one or more of the methods for sending notices as described in the section titled “Notices” below. By continuing to access or use the Howazit platform and our Services, following such notice, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the Policy, your only remedy is to discontinue your use of the Howazit platform and to cancel any account you have created for the use of the Howazit platform.
Information we collect and for which purposes
We collect information that is necessary for the functioning of our Howazit platform and the provision of Services through it. We receive End Users’ Information directly from our Clients. The End Users may voluntary provide us their contact information and related data, including personal information.
We use the information in order to establish connection with the End Users, provide feedback to our Clients, improve our Services, market the Service, provide customer support, back up our systems and allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
End Users are not required by law to provide such information, but must provide it if they wish to use our Services.
We correct or update Personal Information when requested to do so by our Clients or End Users. Our contact details are in the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of this Policy.
We may also store information that your computer or mobile device provides us in connection with your use of the Service, such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, phone number, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, location (including geo-location, beacon based location, and GPS location), and requested and referring URLs. You may be able to disallow our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings, for example by disabling “Location Services” for the Howazit Services.
If you sign up for Howazit using a third party Service like Facebook, or link your Howazit account to your account with a third party Service like Facebook or Twitter, we may receive information about you from such third party Service.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not rent or sell any information about our Clients or End Users to others, or trade any such information, except as mentioned in this Policy. We may share aggregate information, and none personal identifiable information about Clients or End Users for various purposes, such as to perform or enhance our Services.
Howazit has partnered with a number of selected service providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and enhance our own. These include hosting and server co-location services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, e-mail distribution and monitoring services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement data optimization and marketing services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors (collectively, “Third Party Service(s)”).
Such Third Party Services may receive or otherwise have access to our Clients’ and End Users’ Personal Information, in its entirety or in part – depending on each of their particular roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our Services and business, and may only use it for such purposes.
We may also share information from or about End Users with our Clients, which are required to honor this Policy.
You understand and agree that we may be required to disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, including, but not limited to a subpoena, statute, search warrant, or court order, or to protect our, or a third party, property and rights, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.
We have implemented the technical and organizational measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your information for improper purposes.
Processing and transferring your information
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have other Howazit subsidiaries or establishment or where we have engaged a Third Party Service provider. By using our services you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to countries outside of your country of residence, according to the provisions of applicable law.
You may review, update, or delete the information collected by or through our Service by logging into your account and reviewing your account settings and profile.
You have a right to access to your personal information held by us by requesting a copy in writing. We will provide you with such copy as soon as practicable after receiving a valid request. We may charge you a fee, which shall not exceed the cost for copies. We may request proof of identification to verify your access request and reject any unfair request. To exercise this right, please refer to the “Contact Us” section below.
Notices to you may be made via the Howazit platform, text messages, and/or e-mail. Howazit may also provide notices of changes to this Policy or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Howazit platform. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and any other communications that Howazit provide as aforementioned satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
