Subcontractors List

Howazit Ltd. (2017) (“Howazit”) uses the third-party vendors, subcontractors, sub-processors or other affiliates and members, of Howazit (each “Subcontractor”) to carry out and support its business operations and services, all as listed below.
Certain Subcontractors are involved in data-processing activities that require access to customer personal data (“Customer Data”). Under applicable data protection laws, these Subcontractors are designated as “Sub-processors”. The Sub-processors process the personal data on behalf of Howazit’s customers, following the instructions provided by Howazit, and in accordance with the terms outlined in a written agreement between Howazit and the respective sub-processor.
Howzit uses commercially reasonable selection process to assess the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed Subcontractors who will have access to or may process Customer Data.
Howazit requires its Subcontractors to maintain a written information security program. Further, in the event of a security breach, Howazit requires that Subcontractors notify Howazit immediately and cooperate with both Howazit and, when applicable, Howazit’s customers, to mitigate the breach. Additionally, these Subcontractor contracts grant audit rights to Howazit and, where applicable, to Howzit’s customers.
In the process of onboarding a new Subcontractor, Howazit takes into account the jurisdictions in which the Subcontractors are established, as well as the locations where data may be hosted, processed, accesses and transferred. Howzit requires that Subcontractors promptly notify Howzait in the event of any change in these locations.
The list of Subcontractors, including their names and locations, is periodically updated. To remain informed about any updates to the list, Howazit’s customers shall register for Subcontractor change notifications, ensuring they receive timely updates when Howazit modifies the list below.

Duration: For each Sub-processor, processing of personal data will be for the duration that the customer uses and continues to use the service(s), and for the retention periods as set out in customer’s data processing agreement. Otherwise, for Subcontractors, Howazit reserves the right to replace, amend and terminate any relationship and will request data deletion upon termination
